Selene works with partnered cargo companies throughout Turkey. Standard delivery time is between 1-3 business days , depending on your city. Orders are processed on business days (Monday-Friday). Orders placed on the weekend are processed the following business day.
If the recipient is not at the address during delivery, the cargo company makes a second delivery attempt or keeps the package at the nearest branch.
Selene ships to most countries, including Europe and the Americas. Delivery time for international orders typically ranges from 5-10 business days . Delivery times may vary depending on customs procedures and local carrier conditions.
For all international shipments, the buyer is responsible for any customs duty, import tax or other legal fees imposed by their country.
If the outer packaging of your product is damaged when it is delivered, you must have a report drawn up by the cargo officer.
For missing, incorrect or damaged items, please contact us within 2 business days of order delivery .
The Selene team will contact you as soon as possible to resolve the problem and start the replacement process.
The Return and Exchange Policy, which works in conjunction with our shipping policy, is valid within 14 days from the delivery of the product.
Exchanges or returns are possible for products that are unused, in their original packaging and with their labels on.
