All orders are prepared within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.Since the products are handcrafted, this period may extend up to 5-10 business days for special orders.Once the preparation process is completed, an e-mail containing shipping information is sent to the customer.

Shipments within Türkiye

Selene works with partnered cargo companies throughout Turkey. Standard delivery time is between 1-3 business days , depending on your city. Orders are processed on business days (Monday-Friday). Orders placed on the weekend are processed the following business day.If the recipient is not at the address during delivery, the cargo company makes a second delivery attempt or keeps the package at the nearest branch.
