This Distance Selling Agreement (“Agreement”) regulates the rights and obligations between the seller and the buyer in product sales made through www.selenedanceshoes.com (“Site”), in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation .

Buyer: The natural or legal person who places an order on the website, shares his/her personal information and completes the payment process.
The subject of this Agreement is related to the sale and delivery of the products ordered by the Buyer electronically through the Site, with the specified qualities and sales prices.
Selene Dance Shoes combines elegance, quality, and comfort in its handcrafted, custom dance shoes. Each order undergoes personalized preparation and quality control processes before being safely shipped.
Buyer can make payment via credit card, debit card, or other secure payment methods. Orders are shipped within 5-10 business days after payment confirmation. For handmade or custom models, this timeframe may vary depending on the production schedule.
Deliveries are made to the address specified by the Buyer in the order. Selene will notify the Buyer of any delays in the shipping process.
The buyer has the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product without giving any reason. To exercise the right of withdrawal, written notification must be sent to Selene: 📩 selenedanceshoes@gmail.com
However, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the following products:
Used, custom-made or custom-colored products
Products that cannot be resold for hygiene reasons
In cases where the right of withdrawal applies, the product must be returned to Selene in its original packaging, unused, and undamaged . The return process is completed within 14 business days of receiving the product.
