Current prices and descriptions of all products are available on the site.Selene reserves the right to change product prices without prior notice; however, the current price will be taken as basis for orders approved by the Buyer.VAT is included in the prices stated.

Payment and Delivery Terms

Buyer can make payment via credit card, debit card, or other secure payment methods. Orders are shipped within 5-10 business days after payment confirmation. For handmade or custom models, this timeframe may vary depending on the production schedule.Deliveries are made to the address specified by the Buyer in the order. Selene will notify the Buyer of any delays in the shipping process.

Right of Withdrawal

The buyer has the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product without giving any reason. To exercise the right of withdrawal, written notification must be sent to Selene: 📩 selenedanceshoes@gmail.comHowever, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the following products:Used, custom-made or custom-colored productsProducts that cannot be resold for hygiene reasonsIn cases where the right of withdrawal applies, the product must be returned to Selene in its original packaging, unused, and undamaged . The return process is completed within 14 business days of receiving the product.

Warranty and Liability

Selene guarantees the quality and durability of every shoe it produces.The brand is not responsible for deformations resulting from user error or use under inappropriate conditions.If a manufacturing defect is detected in the products, Selene offers free repair, exchange or refund.

Force Majeure

The parties cannot be held responsible in case of failure to fulfill contractual obligations due to force majeure such as war, natural disaster, strike, epidemic, transportation obstacle.Once these situations are eliminated, the transactions continue from where they left off.

Dispute Resolution

In disputes arising from this Agreement, the Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts in the Buyer's place of residence are competent.

Force
